Film Story: A Perfect unafraid policeman becomes a nightmare for law breakers. The movie revolves around a courageous policeman, ACP Ravindra Varma (Govinda) who lays down one strategy to get the area goons by putting up a play act. He calls Abhinay Chakra, his technique. Through the movie, we see him fool goons and tainted politicians by indulging them in imitation scenarios into accepting their offenses.
